Turn photos and scans into one PDF
Teachers, universities and offices usually want one PDF, not ten separate photos. This tool puts your images into a single PDF, one image per page, in the order you choose. It's the quickest way to submit handwritten assignments, scanned forms, receipts or ID cards.
Best settings for common jobs
| Job | Page size | Margin |
|---|---|---|
| Handwritten assignment photographed with a phone | A4, Auto orientation | Small |
| Printing in the US or Canada | US Letter | Small |
| Screenshots or designs shown on screen | Fit to image | None |
| CNIC or ID card copies | A4 | Large |
Tips for clear, readable pages
- Photograph in daylight from straight above, and keep the whole page in the frame.
- Crop away the desk with the Image Cropper and fix sideways photos with the Image Rotator first.
- Name your pages in order (1.jpg, 2.jpg…) before choosing them, then fine-tune with the arrows.
Is the PDF too big to upload?
Phone photos are large, so a 10-page PDF can reach 20 MB or more. Run the finished file through Compress PDF; the Recommended level usually makes it a fraction of the size while keeping handwriting readable. Read our guide on how to reduce PDF file size for more tips.
Need to add more pages later?
Make a second PDF and join the two with Merge PDF.
